Because of the AST innovative survey technology and methodology, we are able to sharply reduce the effects of labor costs on the products we provide. Telemarketing companies quote estimates for a proposed job, but the costs are based on how many hours their employees spend on the phone. Instead of paying by each survey completed, telemarketing clients pay for employee breaks, training, incomplete surveys, and most costly, a failure to get consumers to participate in the survey.
